When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.
Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment in advance during opening times:
- phone us on 01908 375111
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or SystmOnline to book an appointment, screening test or vaccination

Get medical advice from a doctor or nurse
To ask a non-urgent medical question:
- fill out an ask a doctor a question form
- fill out an ask a nurse a question form
We will aim to respond within 2 working days during opening times.
Urgent care
Patients can book an appointment on the day from 8:30am by phoning the practice. Due to Covid-19, we are currently only taking telephone consultation appointments.
Book in advance
We reserve a few appointments for advance booking. Please contact the practice for more information.
Commuter
Problem seeing the doctor out of work times? Early bird surgeries are available by pre-booked appointment to see the doctor or practice nurse.
Please note that this is not an emergency service.
Enhanced access
You can access general practice appointments on weekday evenings and weekends, at several locations in Milton Keynes. Speak to our care navigators about getting the right appointment for you.
Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- on a video call
- by text or email
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
To cancel your appointment:
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- use the GP online system: SystmOnline
- fill out a cancel an appointment online form
- phone us on 01908 375111 during opening times
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs
Home visits
If you need to see the doctor but are unable to get to the surgery, you will be able to talk to one of the doctors to discuss the problem and if appropriate arrange a home visit. This visit may be undertaken by a member of our paramedic team.
Please call the practice for a home visit.
You may have to leave a phone number and the doctor will phone you after surgery. It would help if you could phone before 10am.
Later calls which are not urgent may have to be held over until the next day.
