To provide equality to all of our patients we have decided that from the 1st of November 2025 we will:
- Fully open our telephone lines for all patients at 8am
- Triage patients who arrive/walk in at the practice from 8am
- Triage any on-line requests for consultations from 8am
However, our appointments will remain starting from 8.30am.
Please do consider our staff who are working hard to implement the changes to the new GP contract.
Unfortunately, there is no extra funding/capacity to allow additional appointments. We are working hard to accommodate our patients with a variety of appointments – face-to-face, telephone and on-line requests.
