Members of the public can contact their GP practice for non-urgent requests during the day, anytime between 8am to 6.30pm, by filling out an online form on their GP practice website. www.redhousesurgery.co.uk
All GP practices are required to have their online consultation system available throughout core hours for non-urgent appointment requests, medication queries, and admin requests.
As well as the on-line forms patients can continue to telephone or visit the practice in person and speak with our care navigators through-out core hours.
We work hard to try and accommodate patients with appointments with a range of health care professionals within our team, or with signposting to other health workers or organisations such as community pharmacies, physiotherapy and the voluntary sector.
