Keep Active Keep Well

Respiratory courses

MKCCG are pleased to announce that we will be delivering a Keep Active, Keep
Well Respiratory courses in Wolverton. These classes will focus on individuals who
have been newly diagnosed with COPD, early bronchiectasis or have asthma.

Who is the programme suitable for?

Anyone aged 18 or over, with an early respiratory condition who have not been admitted to hospital or participated in respiratory rehabilitation before.

How long is the programme?

The programme is in blocks of 8 weeks starting from November 2025.

How much will it cost me?

The programme is free of charge

When and where will it take place?

The Old Bath House, 205 Stratford Rd, Wolverton, Milton Keynes MK12 5RL. Wednesdays 2pm– 3pm

What can I expect?

This programme is a combination of exercise with education and aims to support you with self-managing your condition.

You will take part in an exercise taster and be provided with a home programme.

Our education talks will include breathing and clearance techniques, nutrition, drug
management, inhaler techniques and an introduction to Basic Life Support.
