Annual Health Checks can help you to stay fit and healthy.
Annual Health Checks help to identify problems early so they can be treated promptly.
A Doctor, Nurse or Care Coordinator will check your weight, height and blood pressure.
They may want to take blood and a urine sample.
You will have the chance to talk about any health issues, including diabetes or epilepsy.
You can also discuss any emotional or mental health well-being concerns.
